What patients say on Google

“This place sucks. Charged me for 2 onboarding visits and got nowhere with anything. Go somewhere else if you care about your mental health.”

“The system is overwhelmed and underfunded when it comes to mental health but Northwestern has been a life saver, quite literally, for my child. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child’s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all. We have been using this service for nearly a year and the positive changes are impossible to express with words. Thank you so much, Northwestern.”

“Very rude. You can leave a message no one returns your call. Asked them repeatedly for telehealth visit because transportation is an issue sometimes. They refused, the Dr prefers to see you in person. So the day of the appointment about 30 minutes prior they call saying they want to do it telehealth after I asked them multiple times to do it and they had refused. I got my ride all set up and we were driving to the appointment when they called. So they don’t want to work with you, they only do things that benefit them. If we could switch to another provider we would. Each nurse practitioner that comes is worse than the last. Some of her comments were rude, hurtful. She’s there to prescribe meds not to pass judgment on the situation. The patient is on disability, her response was oh so you have no goals? You’re content blowing in the wind? Why don’t you do some vocational training.. we just said transportation is an issue so how is he getting to that? These people are clueless and clearly don’t read previous notes.”

“Beware of this place. They've been sending me bills for about a year now. Every time I called, no one answers & no one returns my calls after leaving a message. I have never heard of them until the first bill. Now they took my state tax refund. I'm going to file a complaint with the state about this. Stay away from them.”
