What patients say on Google

“There are simply not enough words to express how grateful our family is for Sara at Northwest Journey. Just three months ago, I couldn't have imagined the progress my daughter has made. The transformation we've seen is nothing short of incredible, and I truly believe she would not be where she is today without Sara. When so many others had given up on my daughter, Sara didn't. She saw her worth, believed in her, and gave her another chance when she needed it most. What makes Sara so extraordinary is that she has never once made us feel like she was losing hope. Her compassion, patience, consistency, and unwavering belief in my daughter have changed not only my daughter's life, but our entire family's as well. Sara has become such an important part of our lives that even when my daughter is home and not at Journey, Sara's guidance is still with her. We often find ourselves saying, "What would Sara tell you right now?" and my daughter redirects herself because of everything Sara has taught her. That kind of impact goes far beyond a job—it's life-changing. Sara has helped make life easier for our entire family, and we will never be able to thank her enough for the love, support, and dedication she has shown. She is truly one of a kind, and Northwest Journey is incredibly fortunate to have someone as exceptional as her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Sara, for believing in my daughter when she needed someone to believe in her the most.”

“Great program for children struggling and in need of a services beyond a weekly therapy session. My 7 year old son is really enjoying his experience there. The staff is truly amazing. Very caring, experienced, and dedicated people.”

“if i could give 0 stars i 100% would. this place was traumatizing. as a client who attended their day treatment program and has since been a year since i attended, i am still suffering unpleasant thoughts about this place. i was not a delinquent, i was having mental health issues due to the recent passing of my mother and needed therapy. no matter what, the staff treat you as if youve done something wrong. the staff infantilize you, they degrade you, they force you into a little room by yourself. they dont care if you are claustrophobic. there was a boy there who was not above the age of 10. he was screaming at the top of his lungs that he did not want to go in that room because he was afraid. they will also allow kids to assault others (: if youre a parent, please please please take a different route.”

“Matt and Amanda are amazing people they helped my little boy so much. He misses them a lot. If you need anything after post care they are willing to help. Very thoughtful nice people. And thank you for helping my boy!”
