“Mary at the front desk is SUPER rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about an evaluation for my daughter, no answer so I left a message for a return call, and their office “fax line” keeps calling my phone back, so I called the office to see if we could sort it out and she was rude from the beginning when I said “hi I’m Haileigh and I think your office is calling me back but it seems the phone is having a problem.” The phone sounds like dial up from 2003 when I answered. She proceeded to say “I have no idea who you are” then I explained the situation again and asked if they had another office line that could be calling me and she very rudely responded that “no we don’t have another office phone maybe your number was mistaken as a fax line, I know you’re looking for an evaluation(so you did know who I was) but you should not be expecting a call back this week.” I wasn’t expecting a call back today, but when your office keeps calling me and I can’t hear, and this is medical for my daughter, yes I’d like to make sure I’m staying with it and get her in as soon as possible. I then responded “actually never mind, I think I’ll find a different office, thank you.” She scoffed/chuckled and asked why, so I responded “you’re kind of rude.” She gasped and then laughed at me. If you enjoy being talked down to super rudely, give this office a try!”
