What patients say on Google

“The psychiatrist is a great professional, but the front desk service is terrible. One of the receptionists, an older woman, completely lacks the patience, empathy, and basic professionalism required in a mental health facility. My son has been a patient at this clinic for few years, and just because he turned 18 two months ago, she demanded his ID and told him in a very rude manner that he had to do everything himself now. She handed him a all the paperwork, ignoring his needs. She even claimed "there were no documents in the system," simply out of laziness to look up his file. In a clinic like this, front desk staff should support neurodivergent patients and their families, not cause them additional stress due to a lack of training and basic courtesy. Management urgently needs to evaluate who they have working at reception.”

“How many bad reviews is it going to take before something is done about this practice?? Dr. Pancheva is the absolute worst "doctor" I've ever met. She is rude. Disrespectful. Insensitive. She doesnt give a rats ass about any of her patients. JUST READ THE REVIEWS.Ive had postpartum depression with all of my pregnancies and my OB doctor is the one who first prescribed the medication and helped ne through it. I went to this practice for anxiety not depression. But ofcourse she doesnt listen to anyone because she knows everything Dr. Pancheva said and quote. Im offended that you would go to another doctor. I went to school for 4 years I know everything they know nothing about depression. Speaking of my OB doctor 3 months after my 3rd baby. Why would I NOT speak with them? Thats kind of thier area of expertise...but she was jelouse and offended someone may know more then she does...She then refused to treat me at all. HORRIBLE PERSON. You come here to treat anxiety not have a panic attack on the way home because a so called doctor talked to you like trash.”

“I have been going to this office for YEARS, originally under the care of Dr.Prasad. Whenever she left, she moved me to a resident named Joseph Fowler. I have been under his care for over a year and have only met him once. The office never answers my calls and when they DO respond on MyChart (rare), they promise to get in touch with Dr.Fowler and never contact me again. Dr.Fowler has now started denying my medication refills and not answering or returning my calls. He only works Tuesdays and Thursdays, so when I asked to switch providers because this schedule simply didn’t work for me, they said I cannot switch providers without Dr.Fowler “approving,” it. I further explained that I have been directly in contact with him less than 3 times over the past year because he is so difficult to reach, they said they would message him and handle it. I am now two weeks out with no medication refills and no contact about switching to a provider that better suits my needs. I have now been calling weekly for 3 months and nobody picks up.”

“this place deserves absolutely stars!! But you have to give at least one star to post. Please NEVER go to Dr. Pancheva!! She is harsh and VERY insensitive. She doesn't listen at all. She should NEVER have been allowed to be in this line of work. I was told that I had to get HER to refer me to another psychiatrist if I wanted to change doctor's. If you're smart and you really want help do NOT go to go to this place.. I am SO disgusted. I only wanted to tell people not to go here but the more I think about it the madder I get. I am so pissed and YOU "Dr." Pancheva are the one that needs the damn therapy. Your personality sux and so does attempt at being a psychiatrist!!”
