What patients say on Google
“all.yoir doctors are top notch. cardio rehab id say is one of the best in the country by reason of the young folks who work there. they are kind friendly and show genuine concern for us old folks. I love going there. I have never seen a crew like them anywhere ive ever beem”
“Visit was uneventful. New doctor. She seems very thorough. The only complaint, I left a urine sample. They called the next day and said I needed to come give another sample. How inconvenient. The lab person told me they were closed the day of my original appointment and the sample sat there overnight. So. I had to redo it. That office needs to do better. There's always a problem. I feel someone should have known the lab was closed.”
“This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I came in as a patient with a serious back history, including multiple spine surgeries, and I was treated like a problem instead of a person. I have never requested early refills, never failed a drug test, and never done anything to justify being treated like I was drug-seeking. Yet that is exactly how I felt I was treated. Instead of compassion, careful evaluation, and professional communication, I felt judged, dismissed, and punished for having ongoing back problems. The way my care was handled made an already stressful and painful situation even worse. I also believe communication with my pain management doctor was handled in a way that damaged trust rather than helped coordinate care. I would strongly warn anyone with chronic pain or serious spine issues to think carefully before going here. Patients deserve dignity, respect, and actual medical support, not suspicion and dismissal.”
“I gave this visit 2 stars as when I left, no one told me in person that I needed a visit in 3 months and a visit was scheduled for me without asking me a time and day I could come back. Still no response 1 week later from my PCP why I need to come back in 3 months instead of 6 months. The PCP and staff were great just left with this unknown.”
