What patients say on Google

“I'm not sure how an office that treats mental health could just decide to NEVER return their patient's voicemails. ESPECIALLY the one I had left regarding questions about my dosage. Had my 3 month follow up appointment, which last minute I did need to cancel due to coming down with a cold, left a message. Never called back to reschedule.Called a week later, front desk, back desk, scheduling, office manager.... No one answers the phone. Worried about my prescription running out before I got in to see someone, I decided to make an appointment with Teledoc (there are SEVERAL telehealth providers, check with your insurance) and on my insurance it's no charge. A 7 minute conversation with a board certified psychiatrist from my home at my schedule's convenience and my prescription is re-filled (after an intake questionnaire of course). All this to say, DO BETTER. Answer your phones, return your patient's calls!...the doctor I saw at this office on my first visit instructed me to call any time, they would be 'there for me'. If you want reliable mental health care, do not put your trust in this office. Look for a provider that will actually be there for you. There are way too many provider options to deal with a doctor's office that can't even be brothered to pick up their phones.”

“I have been seen in this office for almost 10 years. I’ve mainly seen Dr Fricke and Mr. Parks but others as well and I’ve had no complaints about anyone. This place is phenomenal for my needs. They are on the cutting edge of medication. Dr Fricke is an intelligent informed and precise prescriber of Psychiatric medication. He will refer you elsewhere if he can’t help you. It’s a very pleasant environment. The office staff is always happy to help you, warm and welcoming. Through the years I have tried many Psychiatric offices and had mixed reviews, especially with a psychiatrist. They are very hard to get along with in my opinion, but not in this case at all, Dr Fricke is easy-going his environment and staff are laid-back. I highly recommend this office to you”

“I’ve been going to this office for medication management for about 2 years and I appreciate always being listened to and feeling like I have a voice in my mental health. The staff at the front desk are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in healthcare. No matter who is working, they always have a smile and a helpful attitude. My only qualm is that I was once made to change providers without being given an explanation. I know that’s very common with GPs (one of the last offices for my GP had me seeing a different doctor or nurse practitioner every time), but I wasn’t aware the practice was common with psychiatrists as well.”

“The employees at the doctor's office here are great. They're patient, respectful and very kind and helping Amanda and Rachel do a great job at the desk up front, they handle everything great. everything works like clockwork from what I see.”
