“Just another mediocre place for mental health services. Driven by paper work, internal nonsense, and achieving metrics instead of actually helping. They want to "close your case" as fast as they can, instead of trying to best place you or accommodate you. Talking to therapists directly and asking for direct feedback accomplishes nothing, they don't treat you the way you ask. Just like everywhere else its all cookie cutter, the therapy isnt tailored to a clients needs, its just driven by what they want internally or what the paper work is demanding. I am not giving it 0 stars because i know they have alot of child services and i am hoping thats better coordinated and i don't want a child to miss out on vital services because of a bad review, but the adult services are mediocre and thats just common place for adult mental health services everywhere and its incredible terrible. All the talk about taking mental health seriously but i have yet to find any place doing therapy services that actually does, its just treated like a commodity. Therapy refuses to put any focus on socioeconomics, its all tailored that you come in with deficient mindsets and beliefs instead of acknowledgment of real world blockades and hurdles, its exhausting”

“After expressing my concerns regarding inadequate therapy to the director she turned around and blamed it on me! She said I was the one who didnt allow her staff to do their job yet the therapist never showed up. For 5 months he only came 1 time and they had the audacity to say I was the problem. Also another therapist never stayed the time allotted for my child. She would say he doesnt want to talk yet she never played anything with him. She never build any rapport with my child. Never bought any games or materials to build rapport with my kid. Also she had someone waiting for her outside so she was always in a rush! Would never recommend this agency!”
