What patients say on Google
“This is the absolute WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL practice I have ever been to. When my NP, Rachel, was there I had NO issues. Now? They don’t call to schedule appointments. They don’t refill your prescriptions. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a refill after calling multiple times! Unprofessional, absolutely doesn’t care about its patients. DO NOT USE THEM. PROTECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.”
“I was super excited to find a reliable clinic in Waco for mental health meds, and at first it was perfect. About 3/4 months ago, the company started going through a third-party call center to schedule appointments. I finally was able to schedule an appointment for my usual meds 2 weeks ago. After 3 days, I realized my provider never sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy. In the span of 2 weeks, I have left 3 voicemails (they never called me back) and have visited the office twice during office hours (the door was locked). Very unfortunate, as I believe no one should be forced to immediately quit their medications without any notice. Weening off of (some) meds is incredibly important, and having patients pay for appointments and never sending their scripts is ethically wrong and could be VERY dangerous for the patients. Please steer clear of this clinic, you will deal with communication issues every single time you need a follow up or refill.”
“DO NOT USE THEM! They recently went through some change where staff was let go and there is no longer an office in Waco. The previous doctor put me on a good dose of medication. I was not going to have to see her every month, I would just need to call and get my refills. NOW, I am constantly going weeks without medication because no one answers a phone. Then I have to pay $130 every month to keep my medication, cause I have to get on the phone and say "yeah, nothings changed." There is always something else I have to do to keep my appointment, that the depressed muffled girl on the phone either never tells me or tells me a couple hours before. I have also never met these other doctors. So, I have canceled all appointments with these people, contacted the state, and I suggest you do the same.”
“I experienced significant delays and repeated issues in scheduling my care. I saw my primary care provider in June for a referral but was not contacted until nearly September, despite my condition requiring prompt attention. During that time, I followed up multiple times and was given an incorrect fax number, then repeatedly told my referral had not been received. My primary care office later confirmed it had been sent correctly, indicating the issue was on North Texas’s end. The referral was finally acknowledged at the end of September. There was also ongoing confusion with scheduling. At one point, I was contacted to schedule an appointment, but when I called back, I was told the referral was not on file. I was ultimately seen in October. I want to note that my provider, Rachel, was excellent; the issues were administrative. More recently, an appointment scheduled for last month was canceled the day of due to system issues. It was rescheduled for the following week, then canceled again less than two hours before the appointment. I explained multiple times that continued rescheduling was not feasible due to circumstances affecting my job and that I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Instead, I was repeatedly told my medication could be refilled and that I could speak with my provider the following week, despite my concerns. After calling back later that day, I was able to secure a virtual appointment with another provider, but only after firmly advocating for myself. Overall, this experience involved repeated cancellations and explanations rather than solutions. After reviewing other patient feedback, it is frustrating to see these appear to be ongoing issues with little meaningful improvement.”
