How likely are you to recommend North Texas Behavioral Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“This place is awful. They can't even keep appointments straight. My son is in dire need of services has waited weeks for an appointment only for this place to tell me that the system has been messing up and they don't have the appointment when I called the day to confirm. They assured me they would rectify the situation but they did not. The appointment time has come and gone. When I called a third time because no one had gotten back to me I was hung up on. I'm soo so heartbroken because now we will have to try and find another place and wait weeks on another appointment. My son has to struggle that much longer without treatment because of this place!!!”
“Yes I love this clinic it’s very convenient for us but lately it has the worse customer service they cancelled whenever they want, the new system to sign documents it’s a hassle especially if you have more than one kid. Im going to have to create 5 accounts because their opinions matters and its valid of how bad the service its right now. Don’t bother to answer get it together and before we start finding a new provider.”
“I’ve been going here for over four years, but since the management changed the service has declined significantly. In the past year we’ve had four different providers; they’re difficult to schedule and have missed appointments. In my 10 years of receiving this type of care this is by far the worse experience. Office staff are rude and don’t answer the phone. I would not recommend this place.”
“Absolutely avoid this place no matter how convenient the video appointments they offer can be for a busy family. They never answer their phone, they don’t return voicemails, and they most definitely do not care about their pediatric patients. Even the employee turnover in this place is ridiculous.”
