“Would give a zero if I could, but here we are at a 1 star. I haven't been with them for a while now. I loved my therapist. Beyond amazing. However, Dr. Graham and front workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Long story short. We live in Chuckatuck area. Road work is literally EVERYWHERE. There was at least 2 accidents on the way to my appointment. I called. The receptionist picked up. I explained I left a full hour before my appointment and there are 2 wrecks and I couldn't turn around. They tried charging me $175 for something out of my control. I explained that I needed to see if we could switch to virtual or reschedule. Whoever was on the phone was incredibly rude and yelled at me. I was already crying. Apparently, I was dropped for inappropriate behavior towards their employee and being a no call no show. Which I clearly called. After this happened for a week I had tried to contact someone about this whole situation Dr. Graham would not call me back or message me. It wasn't until Katlyn messaged me back and even then they still tried to take the $175. I am ADHD and finally had someone give me a prescription to get me to my new practice. The only person I trusted in that building was my therapist. I strongly suggest somewhere else. I go to Focus in Smithfield and it's the best decision.”

“I love going to this office because Sara at the front desk recognizes my son and calls him by his nickname, which makes him feel at home. I’ve always had excellent communication when a change is needed and never have felt rushed or like I was a bother. Therapy was so helpful for my son with Rob, that my husband has even begun to see him as well. If you are looking for a therapist that truly cares, but can also talk smack with you too then he is the one!”

“I’ve been a patient at North Suffolk psychiatry since October 2024 when a tragic event happened in my life. I see a therapist for grief counseling named Patricia Hall who is phenomenal. She has been extremely helpful. I have lost three family members within seven months of each other and I am just grateful for the help that I received. I would also like to recognize the receptionist named Sara. The moment I entered that office Sara was nothing but kind to me. She’s kind, caring and supportive. Nothing ever seems to be too much for her to do for you.There were charges on my account for missed appointments that should not have been there. After calling Sara once.the same day charges were removed. I feel Sara is an asset to this office. As a matter of fact, I think that girl deserves a raise. First impressions do matter. And she is the first person that greets you, talks to you over the phone., she made me feel just so comfortable. Sara is definitely exceptional and an asset to the practice. I definitely recommend North Suffolk psychiatry for any mental health issues that you may be struggling. The only complaint that I have would be that the doctor who runs to practice Dr. Griffin. She would not see me for medication management because of my age. That makes no sense to me. Regardless of that I feel she should’ve met with me at least once. That is the only complaint I have.”
