My time from the first phone call scheduling an intake to scheduling regular sessions was just 3 days, and they genuinely do their best to streamline the entire process and make sure that their clients get the best care possible. They are very thorough and responsive to any questions you may have, both through phone call and text message. I texted them after hours on a weekend not expecting a response until Monday morning, and they got back to me that evening. Their therapists are equally amazing and truly make their clients feel heard with no judgment. I walked in very nervous and came out feeling much better and more reassured that I’m not just all “caught up in my head”.
