“Front desk is rude. They are either late for appointments or they don’t show up at all. I had a phone appointment with a counselor recently, but no one ever called me. It was supposed to be a phone appointment, yet I never received a call. I waited to see if anyone would remember the appointment or reach out, but they never did. It honestly felt like they didn’t even have the appointment on their schedule. The appointment before that wasn’t much better. They were running very late, and after waiting about 15 minutes, I had to call them myself because no one contacted me like they were supposed to. I then had to wait even longer for the provider to answer. It seems like if you don’t call them, they just won’t call you, and your appointment never happens. I don’t have any interest in scheduling appointments here again. The service was disappointing, and I’ll be looking somewhere else for a therapist. Case workers are also useless here. I needed help with housing. I was given a list (housing that has two or more year waitlist). Basically, here is a list, good luck and goodbye. No real answers to my questions. I don’t even think I was listened to when I was asking for help. I am disappointed but at the same time, I don’t know what I was really expecting. The system is broken and doesn’t sufficiently help people in need.”

“Dr. Khadere is great and I'd rate 5/5. He is very compassionate and works with you on what your goals are. I highly recommend him as a psychiatrist. He also got back to me very promptly after I left an emergency voicemail with him, he found time to fit me in. I took one star off their rating because for the last few months no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and then someone calls you back. Not a fan of this for any office and hope they correct this because it worsens the client's experience overall.”

“I rate this place 1 star! Why? There’s been a few times I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes for the counselor to call and I have to end up calling them! Today I had wait over an hour! That’s unacceptable and the counselor said he had called me twice. I don’t think so. There are no calls on my phone today and I have proof.!!! And the woman who answers at the front desk is very, very rude. They need to get rid of her.!!!! This place is not healthy Environment for the week!!!!!”
