“It seems my review of an abusive receptionist was removed. In addition my experience (later) of being approved as a client (after completing intake). Before my first actual counseling appointment (after completed intake) I was dropped as a client and denied services based on discrimination of my autism disability and limitations of said disability. Certainly not all, but there is at least one morally corrupt individual here. Other employees expressed they are aware this, but nothing could be done as the issue would be overseen by executive. Not a place for abuse recovery if you are aiming to heal, and not be verbally and psychologically abused, resulting in further traumatization. My numerous experiences here are an oxymoron to the services supposedly provided. In my experience goin back much further, if you want pills, with few questions asked, this is your place. But, if you want geniune support in recovery, it may be wisest to speak to your social worker, or Healthcare manager about other options. Well wishes 🙏”
“I went here for an evaluation for a DUI 10 years old. A DUI for weed. They told me the state is requiring over 100 hours of classes. I called the DMV the same week and got my license back, DMV told me they do court supervion for weed related DUIs usually and if I pay money I can drive. This place will make u feel crazy and argue with you to make u a patient. Disgusting people”
“Only good thing about this place is my therapist Rhonda. I’ve been out of my meds that are dangerous to miss one dose for 10 days now. Last week, I left a message with the nurses line to reschedule an appointment with my psyche and get a refill, never received a call back. Tried again today and there is an issue with their phone line. Before that I went six days without my meds, stated that in my voicemail. It’s now been another 4 days and thankfully my pharmacy gave me an emergency partial refill. Really sick of this place just not caring about their patients. I have a friend who’s been waiting 6 months to a year to see a therapist, keeps getting one and they keep leaving and he’s left without anything. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HELP. Try to find somewhere else. They leave you in the dark.”
“Called to ask about group housing for someone. Weither it's this place or someone from Macomb, you get a "We will call you back" and never get a call back. It's been going on 2wks after this weekend that I'm waiting on a call back from them. So, I don't think I'd recommend the place for a loved one. If they don't communicate before, they aren't going to communicate while your loved one is there. No stars if I could.”
