“I now understand the poor reviews. I came to test for adhd based on the recommendation of my therapist, psychiatric nurse and general doctor. The practitioner I met with, while very nice, seemed to not fully listen when I was trying to explain how I feel internally and focused on the test data only. I received a diagnosis and medication recommendation that I felt wasn’t addressing the whole picture. After discussing with my therapist and agreeing the conclusion wasn’t the whole picture, I called back to ask to have another practitioner review my results. They said no and to speak to my therapist. The second opinion was literally why I came here at the suggestion of several medical professionals already who believe I have adhd. I was told they don’t do this. What’s even better is my husband comes here, and guess what? He has seen two different practitioners.NICE. I would not recommend if you want thoughtful care, which mental health should be.”

“Negative 5 star is more like it for this place. I saw the old timer psychiatrist in Cary once for testing. I never saw him afterwards, not even for results. They handed me of to a PA who just asks me what do I want meds for. I said what? Where are my results, why am I seeing you now instead of the doctor? Nothing answer. I call Cary and I get he is only seeing workers comp cases. So why did i even come here? I was coming because of a bad TBI and Bipolar and sleep issues. ZERO HELP. Go see a real doctor.”

“Front desk staff is incredibly rude and uninterested in helping. They did not even bother to pull up my account and verify information while attempting to make an appointment. Setting up appointments is difficult. I would recommend going to the Apex location instead. Never had a problem and always received great and prompt service.”

“My daughter echos many of the same types of reviews. Calling the office, making appointments, talking to the front desk, asking for return calls, inquiring about refills are frustrating. Their current staff is really bad at customer service. Her actually doctor, Dr Mary is awesome but doing anything other than talking with her is horrible.”
