“This is the best shipper experience I’ve had in a while. The check in process was easy and smooth. Jeff loaded me so fast. It took me longer to park. Once I parked in my dock. 5 mins I was loaded. I wish all shippers were like that. Great job to the whole entire shipping team especially Jeff.”

“**Driver with 53 ft trailer** I called number at 8:35 am today asking if I could possibly get unloaded early as my appointment is at 10 am and I am parked 5 minutes away. (I would definitely call to make sure you can get loaded/unloaded early, and not just assume based on my review) They were very nice, and told me that it was definitely a possibility just come and check in and if they could they would. It was very easy to get to. You will head down west st. You will see a dead end sign, but continue there will be 2 driveways on the left. Take the first driveway. (They also have signs). I checked in at 8:50 am. Just go to shipping and receiving office and click door bell they will let you in and they come out to remove seal. They gave me a dock. Instructed me to move my tandems to the rear, and chock my tires once docked. (Pretty standard) The yard is pretty spacious easy to turn around in, and back up. Some docks you could even straight back into if given those said docks. They finished unloading me at 9:50 am. Over all great experience!!!”
