“I keep on getting messages about updating my insurance and I haven’t been a patient for like 5 years. When I was patient the therapist told me the weirdest things like when I worked an 8 hour night shift and an eight hour morning shift the next day to get off at 2pm. They told me it was fine for my family to wake me up for supper at like 5pm and to go eat with them because they cared about me. I thought getting sleep was a must for good mental health. I guess that is why you want me to update my insurance and come back because you don’t have many patients when you give advice like you don’t need to sleep after working a double for good mental health. Another plus is that if you work normal day hours like me they are open much later than typical doctor's offices which is so nice!
