What patients say on Google

“I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences calling to schedule appointments. Every time I call, I reach the same staff member who consistently displays an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. It frequently feels as though our inquiries are an inconvenience to her. To ensure it wasn't just an isolated incident, I had another individual call at a different time, and they experienced the exact same hostility. This level of service is disappointing and makes coordinating care much more difficult than it should be.”

“They cancelled my appt the day of due to the provider having a family emergency, totally understandable! They said they would reach out to get me rescheduled. I heard nothing so I called to rescheduled and they said I was already down for the 31st, (never got a call or email) but okay cool. I show up to my appt and office is empty, nobody is even at the front desk. One patient starts banging on the door and finally a lady comes out. She states all appts are virtual. I tell her I don’t have an email with a link to join or anything and she just says I should be getting something. Well I never did so I left and scheduled an appt at another practice. This place is very unprofessional!!!!”

“The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Someone having a bad day can be understood and bypass. But if every phone call is unpleasant then the customer service is failing. The receptionist are the first impression of the establishment and they have left a horrible impression on me. I got called 2 days before my appointment to inform me I needed a referral for the testing to be done. I told them I couldn’t get a referral in two days. I asked to cancel the appointment they refused and asked me to try to get the referral. I didn’t go to the appointment and was sent a bill of $150. I disputed the charge and the receptionist speaking on behalf of Dr. Elliot claimed I filled out the paperwork thus it counted as me checking in. I didn’t not open up the paperwork knowing I didn’t have s referral to attend the appointment. My initial intake with Tiffany Smith was great. She gave me two months worth of medications and told me she would find me a professional to work with. I was never assigned a therapist. When I call the office the receptionist told me I was on a wait list. Rudely told me she can’t place me before other patients. I wasn’t asking to be seeing before other patients. It’s has been 3 months now. They have deterred me from moving forward with therapy. So disappointing. If there was an option of rating no stars that’s what I would give this establishment.”
