“Made an appointment for my disabled brother, who literally requires medication to function on a daily aspect. Everything seems fine until they started making up an excuse that they could refuse my brother because the language barrier between them and my mother. Please tell me what office in The year of our Lord 2026 does not have any translator on call through Zoom. I informed them that my mother‘s English is weak and she might need to repeat things a couple of times to get things through And they were having none of it complete utter disrespect That’s not even the half of it I was supposed to go on a business call And I literally canceled the trip I come to the appointment and they’re telling me hey, we left a voicemail for you that we can’t see your brother Because there is no legal translator I have dealt with the United States government DHSSHI Medicare Medicaid, the puns program I have dealt with every single doctor imaginable and company imaginable and never in my life. Have I been refused service simply on the base of language even though I have legal guardianship status over my brother so long story short most definitely will be reaching out to my attorney, what options are available to me and my family. I just suggestion, please please please run away as fast as possible. Something shady going on 100%”

“I have not been to this office in almost 3 yrs after being dismissed as a patient for requesting adequate medication for chronic insomnia & even sent the police to my house after a false report that I threatened to commit suicide & I did not ! Now they are sending me bills for 60 bucks each , they claim I owe them after 3 yrs that I don't owe & I paid in full for the last phone call with a new employee to phone my last scripts to the pharmacy as required by law , that they refused to do until I threatened to report them to the authorities . They are required to continue scripts for an additional month after dismissing patients to allow adequate time for them to find a new Dr. They also never sent me , or my new Dr. any of my records for the nearly 10 yrs I was a patient at Dr. Thapars office . These 2 bills each for 60 bucks you pulled out of your ( you know what ) I don't owe you & you had better not send them to collection because I will call every single government agency in the state of illinois to discredit your bogus , false claims of money I don't owe you”
