“Genuinely the worst mental health practice that I have ever experienced! The front desk receptionists do not communicate with providers and have consistently made errors with appointments. Providers do not communicate with each other but reception consistently changes providers from appointment to appointment. Receptionists stated today that one client's appointment was more important than another. When told that wasn't something she should say, she responded "I didn't think of it."”
