“Where do I begin. I was there voluntarily. They manipulated me, tried to force me to stay, gaslight me when I got my spouse to fight for my release. The doctor joked about the reason I was there. The doctor, nurses, CNAs , social workers and other staff were heartless, cold and uncaring. Nurses threw food tray lids against the wall when I asked for my lunch. The night nurses played on their phones all night, unbothered by the patients and rolled there eyes when I asked them for cups of water or other things. I and others were denied medication. There are no therapeutic talks or sessions,we played a kids card game instead. I was prescribed an antidepressant that I don't need. No one cared, no compassion, no kindness. The floors and walls were dirty. The showers filled with wet trash. The shower heads didn't work well. DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. This was the most traumatic experience I've every had in my life. There is no accountably. Save time AND MONEY, because they charge you $1200 a day, and seek help somewhere else. There is no help there, they will only make it worse, they will strip you of all humanity and try to convince/gaslight you that you aren't able to choose for yourself. So many red flags and probably extremely illegal behavior.”

“If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience there and talked to the supervisor about it with nothing resolved. Don't waste your time here. I've never been to a psych center as inadequate as this”
