What patients say on Google

“If you don't have a history of mental health issues, or criminal activity, then it won't be of service. Also, the people there are very narcissistic and do make emotional decisions. I was at one of there run down and unrenovated houses for about week or so. For at least two to three days they had no hot water and I had no access to the shower because it was flooded. They expected me to pay $225 week for this ($1,100 per month)! One night I needed to take a shower after work and told one of the staff there-can't mention their name but they are a woman and a case manager-that I needed to shower. She didn't respond back but one of the execs-a woman and a psychologist- messaged me saying that someone was waiting at their main office for me so I could shower and that they rushed there "for me". The house was about 1.2 miles away from my job and from their house the office was about 1.7 miles away. She expected me to walk in a flash 3 miles for a shower. I -respectfully-expressed my opinion to one of her staff member about the situation. About a week later, I went to Kroger and to my job at the time to check my schedule. I came back and all my stuff, but my iPad was outside of the house. I had to call the sheriff just to get my iPad out of the house. Along with that, they tried to criminalize me by asking the sheriff to have me sign some paperwork about a trespass warning; I can't and don't want to go on the property again. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Due to places and situations like this, I'm left to pick up the pieces of my life with no one or organization coming to the rescue. 🤷🏽‍♀️”
