“If you issue is exigent, please do not contact them. After 5 contact attempts and over 1 week, I received a curt email reply from only of the clinicians, and as yet nothing from the office manager. If they are not accepting clients or unable or unwilling to handle a case or an age group, a prompt response would allow the inquiring party to seek help elsewhere. Not what I would consider professional behavior.”
