“My experience with Anu Chaudhri at New York Medical Behavioral Health was very disappointing. I found her communication rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and the way she spoke to me felt disrespectful and lacking in empathy. In a behavioral health setting, patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and compassion, but that was not my experience. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I hope the practice takes concerns about respectful patient communication seriously.”

Dr. Chaudri may not be the warmest therapist, but he does know what his doing. He increased my meds for depression which was a huge benefit. Then he has introduced me to Spravato and TMS which have been game changers in this life long mental health battle . I am not depression free yet, but I am much closer to getting there because of Dr. Chaudri. He has a fantastic staff, especially the amazing Maura Nicholson Gunther PNP who has provided me excellent care in the doctor’s absence. I am so grateful to God for leading me to Dr. Chaudri’s door.”
