“First words out of their mouth was "have you applied for medacaid" they dont care about your well being, first thing they asked was about money on a supposedly walk in day that will service all with or without insurance as the woman told when I called 3 hours before and was recommended here, when i was so distraught not a question about my well being. Not a thought about my well being only $$”

“New Vista in Richmond Kentucky is really good with knowledgeable and caring staff. I started seeing a therapist with New Vista in Nicholasville but changed to the Richmond location after moving. The Richmond office is committed to ensuring their clients receive the best care, even reaching out to other locations if needed. I learned the hard way that not every New Vista location cares about the mental health of their clients, and I really wish the Richmond office could train the other ones on ethics and customer service. I am thankful that I have them on my healthcare team.”
