How likely are you to recommend New Vista - Jessamine County?
What patients say on Google
“I would never send a child to see anyone there. If u report something to them that should be reported for child's safety they will not report. Also there therapist mostly are very young and inexperienced. Family therapy is not suppose to be bias towards one person or the other. There suppose to be on a even ground and look at both points. There so young so they dont have much life experience themselves they tend to get there teaching from right out of book and its so stupid u learn nothing. There the worst . They will lie to u. And talk behind ur back. So please ve wise and go somewhere else.”
“The counselor told me she didn't know how to help me multiple times and the caseworker abandoned me in the middle of my disability claim. Go somewhere else.”
“I had such high hopes when I started here. Telemedicine is odd but I adjusted. Initially my therapist seemed like someone I could work with but after intake took two sessions I couldn't get an appointment. They never contacted my insurance. My crisis passed without their help. Finally, the doctor didn't really listen. He wrote a prescription for a powerful drug that I didn't think I needed. DISAPPOINTED.”
