“It looks like my previous review was removed. We saw their child psychiatrist here as well as their APRN Erika Burnside. The psychiatrist was rude and condescending every appt and the Burnside very negligent. My complaints went ignored when I spoke of memory loss and cognitive issues. Was pretty much told “I’m an obese female with diabetes. Lose weight and stop eating sugar”. I only got worse. Found another Dr. who actually cared to listen but by then it was too late. I had CHRONIC LYME DISEASE. And simple testing that Burnside denied me because “it doesn’t work that way” could have stopped my brain from rotting away from the disease. My life and career are ruined. Thanks for nothing”

“Torie at front desk, and Cindy (manager in pharmacy) are the most professional and kind hearted people and deserve raises. i am a new patient and they helped me with my medicine refills with an urgency and care that truly shocked me. torie even found me a sooner appointment than a later one because it would have otherwise left me without medicine. cindy literally helped me with an insurance issue i had. these beautiful ladies didnt have to go above and beyond but they did. thank you girls. you have made such a difference”
