“They used to be really good, but since they got the latest doctor, about a couple years ago, they quit taking their patients seriously. Like a lot of people have said, they don't return phone calls, but more important, THEY DO NOT CALL IN REFILLS until you've been out for a week or 2. Especially things you're not supposed to go off is cold turkey. Walgreens actually told me it's a red flag that their psychiatrist will not call in your refills, after time after time after time I called over and over and over, left messages on their voicemail, and with their receptionist. I would switch doctors of it wasn't such a hassle. Strongly recommended against New Vision...😩😢🤨🧐😒🙄”

“I had my first appointment coming up with their APRN for medications. I called to ask a question the day before my appointment and they informed me both their APRNs are leaving the state and starting their own practice. I asked, "You guys weren't going to tell me before my first appointment that I wasn't going to be able to see them?" She said they just found out yesterday, but that means they had 2 days to call me and didn't. They just wanted my co-pay. The mental health care in Cape County is a joke.”
