How likely are you to recommend New Spark Counseling, PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“Michael is extremely kind and professional. He has helped me so much. I also appreciate that they have evening hours and weekend times available. Highly recommend!”
“1st and only appt. We got there on time, wasn't sure what to do since it's a small office with no signs to check in or what to do. About 5-10 minutes after waiting, a woman I'm assuming another counselor told us our counselor (I believe his name is John) will be running late, she also made a comment that he's late sometimes, which leads me to believe he doesn't take his clients serious. I told my wife he has until 20 mins after if hes not here we are out. 20 minutes go bye, we left. Later we were told he had a family emergency, would like to believe that, but not with the comment that he runs late often. Very unprofessional, I'm don't know much about this field but I do know that during their studies they have a lot of psychology related courses, and I'm sure they are very aware how first impressions can impact the way you think of something or somebody forever. We will find another provider. I took time off work, had use paid time off, and it was wasted on having my time wasted.”
“I would like to recommend Michael Quintana as one of the most warm, professional, kind, patient, empathetic therapist I have known in professional settings. Michael is always striving to better himself as a person and as a therapist and has the best interest of his clients at the heart of his practice. I would highly recommend Michael to assist you in recovering from infidelity, gaining skills to deal with conflict and communicate efficiently (among other things). Michael is also LGBTQIA+ friendly and an expert in this area.”
“Made me feel like my feelings weren't valid. He told me I should not feel a certain way over something specific my husband was doing that contributed poorly to my mental health and made me fall into a deep depression. I felt that the counselor was way more on my husband's side and we're needing a neutral therapist. Needless to say we will never come back here again.”
