How likely are you to recommend New Path Mental Health & Wellness?
“As an actual patient of this clinic, I can speak first-hand to the high quality of care provided here. The therapists are professional, ethical, and deeply committed to the well-being of their clients. My experience has been one of growth and healing, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking mental health support.”
“New Path Mental Health & Wellness has literally changed my life! Zach has curated an amazing team of professionals that are dedicated to the wellbeing of their patients. If I need an appointment they do their best to work me in as soon as possible. They work with you on medication changes and adjustments without judgement. I personally have seen such a change in how I feel and how I view myself. I have lost over 50 lbs and my mental health is thriving. Thank you Zach and the staff at New Path for treating your patients with such care and compassion. I cannot recommend y’all enough!”
“I was skeptical of the reviews that said that a client was overcharged for a service and proceeded to make an appointment. Lauren Bowling spent our sessions glueing on her lashes rather than discussing methods of treatment and I was still charged ridiculous prices. In addition, she heavily pushed Genesight, and when I asked how much, she confidently told me $170. I paid the $170 online. Tell me why I got a bill in the mail for $330 from Genesight that New Path claims they are not responsible for? Regardless of compensation, they aren’t even apologetic about lying to customers for services they don’t need.(on that note, my favorite medication that has helped me the most was in the “not to use” column so don’t waste your money on Genesight even if you have the money to spare) Does the No Surprises Act mean nothing to them? Or is it just their patients that they have no respect for.”
“I was not a patient here, but my ex was, and the care he received had a devastating impact on me and our relationship. During a period of mental health instability, our relationship fell apart in a way that left me feeling gaslit, emotionally harmed, and completely unsupported as a partner. There was no sense of accountability or concern for the damage being done to someone closely involved in the patient's life. Mental health care should not ignore the real consequences it has on others. Based on my experience, I would urge partners and families to proceed with caution.”
