“Dr. Sprague I need my meds. The pharmacy Walgreens 316 broadway, Kingston NY. The darodexarent is over $400. I can’t afford that ambien (temporary) of course would help. The insurance company mentioned Dayvigo, for adult chronic insomnia IS covered. Also the pharmacy did not receive the oxycodone and Clonazapam. I’m experiencing terrible withdrawals. Please please resend them as the weekend is practically here. Thanks Mr. Atelek”

“Honestly, so far so good. My visit was solid overall. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk and reception staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. I called back today—about three months after my initial visit—and Maria at the call center truly went above and beyond. She helped me update my referrals and sent my charts and office notes to the appropriate doctors’ offices. She also made sure everything we handled today was clearly documented so I wouldn’t have to re-explain the situation if I needed to call back again. That level of attention and follow-through is greatly appreciated. Thank you.”

“Just recently started care with Dr. Naing and the difference in quality from my last doc is staggering. They're really easy to communicate and coordinate care with, especially for trans folx who want to have a sense of agency in their gender-affirming care. The office itself has availability fast, a rarity these days. Their screening tools were impressively comprehensive to really cover social determinants of health, something that is really important to me. All in all, great office!”

“The negligence of this office KILLED MY ONLY CHILD… She was 24 years old. If you value your life and your family’s Stay away! I had to put 2 stars because only one they are allowed to remove..”
