“Was hoping to schedule but didn’t get past the AI assistant telling me to describe why Im wanting therapy. I want to talk to a real person and set up an intake appointment to talk about that. I’m not describing my mental health issues to an AI assistant, it’s insane that a mental health facility would schedule this way. I’d give zero stars if possible.”
