What patients say on Google

“I've been going here for over a year, and I have always been respected and heard by Crystal Stone and her staff. I'm only leaving her care (and with a heavy heart) because I'm moving out of state. Her and her staff have been wonderful. I truly recommend her care for anyone needing help through difficult times. A PSA : if you have a child in her care scope and they attend go to out of state college or something along those lines, please look up the laws in that state for allowing PA'S being under doctors and being able to sign scripts for medications. Several states don't allow PA'S to write scripts unless they're a doctors scope. This has nothing to do with her, but when I had this situation happen, Crystal Stone office helped me get my prescription regardless. I just thought I would save some other people the headache and warn them ahead of time. Overall, her office is kind, warm, and knowledgeable and I'm sad that we have to part ways due to me leaving the area. I truly recommend her office and excellent staff wholeheartedly.”

“I have had an outstanding experience at the Behavioral Health Facility, particularly with PMHNP Crystal Stone. From my first mental health visit, it was a relief to finally have someone who genuinely listens and conducts a thorough interview. Crystal's approach made such a positive impact that my entire family now sees her for their mental health needs. As a veteran herself, Crystal brings a unique understanding and compassion that resonates deeply with my husband and our friends who are prior service members. Her office is a breath of fresh air, providing a supportive environment where honesty and upfront communication are prioritized. It feels like having a best friend who holds you accountable while ensuring you are comfortable and understood. Crystal is diligent about her policies, and her commitment to punctuality is greatly appreciated, as it shows respect for our time. The presence of animals in the office offers a comforting touch, and the giant candy dish is a delightful pick-me-up on challenging days. The staff at the facility are friendly, well-rounded, and make you feel like part of their family. Thanks to Crystal and her dedicated team, I have regained faith in the healthcare system. Their professionalism and genuine care have made all the difference. Thank you, Crystal, and your wonderful staff, for providing such a positive and transformative experience.”

“Edit: The response from their office below should be all you need. I missed 2 appointments MONTHS apart. In my previous review I stated that the staff are like Rally's workers... rude. The proof is in the pudding. It seems you guys are upset because other offices are more reasonable and expect you to miss an appointment or 2 a year. Not everything is within a person's control. Claiming that you would've had to push back appointments for others is hilarious, since the appointment on average are around 7 minutes. "Is the medication working?" " I don't think so" "Let's switch to 15mg instead of 10mg" "ok, bye and you can leave the door open" Cry me a freaking river. You guys are miserable and it shows, bookie. You get a negative review and act like the whole world came crashing down around you. COPE!!! Maybe you guys are the ones who need psychiatric help. Completely unhinged and unprofessional. Also, we all can tell you're buying your reviews 🤣 ITS OBVIOUS🤣😭 All these 5 star reviews with no comments back to back. You wouldn't need to buy them if you just took the criticism as constructive, instead of self destructing. Mwah •P.s. I do feel like Dr.Stone recieves kickbacks for prescribing AZATARYS to patients, because the medication sucks and she stood 10 toes on it and didn't want to switch my son back to Methylphenidate. ☆To my people of color Gerthy Cipus Pierre at Sunrise Family Practice is a god send; she listens, she's thoughtful, she's accommodating and she's a Black African immigrant (Representation matters🙌🏾) ♡Thoughts and Tariffs🫶🏾”

“Find someone else! I am not one to leave reviews but I feel that it is my duty to warn people that are considering care from this provider. The effort that Crystal puts in to communicate to her patients is rather embarrassing. She hides behind her uneducated staff that is incredibly rude and when you do finally get to talk to her, it is rushed and she attempts to make you feel stupid. Disgraceful hospitality by every member of the team. I imagine it is a horrible place to work. I can not describe in words how arrogant Crystal is and I highly encourage others to consider an alternative provider”
