“1. In our first visit, the therapist took my child's intake information and diagnosed her. She told us her receptionist would call us to begin scheduling our visits. We waited a week and DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK. My wife called, and the receptionist said she would call us back with their availability; she never did. After a month, we called back again and were told the same thing. The diagnosis she gave my daughter was very serious, and we wanted help. They never told us they were not taking on new clients or that we needed to look somewhere else. She had walked us around the office showing everything they had to offer. To my child and me, she mentioned helping us, even with testifying in court. She left my baby hanging high and dry in one of the most difficult times of our lives. 2. It's difficult to find. When I took my child here, there was no sign outside the suite. It was not visible until we walked through the entire plaza. There was no number or visible sign from the parking lot until you searched every door. Even after all the time wasted, we were still on time for the visit. 3. We were there on time and didn't get called in half an hour later. The waiting room is small and crammed. 4. She mentioned she is the only Licensed Professional Counselor there and that college students would be the ones to do the sessions with my child. No one saw my child after our initial intake. Such a disappointment from a community that promotes mental health. I'm leaving 2 stars because once in the room, we felt heard, and she brought books out, showed us herself what the diagnosis was, and thoroughly explained what was happening with my daughter. We believed her when she said she would help us. We were properly fooled by the appearance of the room and her mannerisms.”

I called this place asking if they do Autism diagnosis and said yes and then when I was there at the end of the appointment the said they didn’t do that and now they are charging me the visit even though I have already given them my insurance. They don’t even know what services they have.”
