What patients say on Google

“I think they do a good job. The provider that's helping my son Ms. Vanessa is compassionate, professional and has been a life saver for my son and my family. I was so blessed to New Horizons for my son's health. Now he is doing much better.”

“Good doctor's. However, terrible front desk staff members. I called the office today and a lady answered my call but ended my call. I'm calling them back and she completely Denise my consistent call. I couldn't contact any department here so I can talk to anyone else about my medication. 🤬😡”

“Awful experience. I was Baker Acted back in February 2026, and months later, in June, I am now being billed for $1,250.00 out of nowhere. No call, no heads up when I was there, NOTHING! Everyone is absolutely incompetent and doesn't even know what they are doing. As someone who was a nurse when I was 18, you do not treat people that way. Being billed this amount is absolutely against the law according to the Affordable Care Act. Facilities are supposed to offer Charity Care for those who are unable to pay, but they did not. If you can avoid this place (I was sadly unable to due to shitty PSL Cops), please do not come here for the sake of your sanity and your wallet. New Horizons, you will be hearing from me tomorrow.”

“Due to my experience of being an inpatient at new horizons to be honest I felt traumatized being there because of everything that I witnessed and heard. I only came there as a getaway from the craziness that was going in my household but now I feel myself becoming a victim to too many things. So now I'm afraid of stepping foot back to New horizons because I don't want to feel traumatized again. I felt that I was going to their victim while I was in there. These way too much stuff going on in there so that's why I left. I don't know new horizons and don't understand it neither as a first timer Im afraid of going back there. I'm a new mom with her safety being a concern. But I do appreciate the staff taking the chance to work with me tho while I was on postpartum stage.”
