“So unprofessional, inconsiderate, miscommunication and not caring about their patients health. I had an appointment for my son paper work was sent but I did not complete it because I had a hard time conceiving my son to go, I never was told if I didn’t complete paper work online my appointment would get cancelled! I took my day off from work also my son just to get a msg 2 min before arriving to my appointment that my appointment was cancelled due to not completing paper work. Never received a msg or called stating my appointment will be cancelled if I did no complete paperwork before appt. This is the msg I got! “ Good morning we did not receive the paperwork for your son's evaluation. We will have to reschedule until the paperwork is completed. We do apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused however, we will not be able to put you in for the schedule today. Thank you””
