“I was the ride this morning for a patient of Kelly. Kelly choose to show up over 40 minutes late to the set appointment (that we traveled over an hour and a half to be at on time.) She texted us 3 minutes before our appointment was supposed to start that she was a little late due to traffic and then proceeded to arrive an excessive 40+ minutes later...As an appointed proffesional I know that you're aware of the consequences that would've been reflected had your client done the same or anywhere similar. It would've been considered recalcitrance. To not be willing to maintain a standard of punctuality in your department is inexcusable, negligent, and unfortunately disappointing. It's hurtful to your community,, that we are made to rely on someone who's not dependable, and your asnine behavior is unacceptable. I hope you reevaluate your standards and the image you are portraying, serving your company in that fashion. Good luck, and thanks again!”
