“My psychiatrist is great. The reason I gave four stars is because of the fact that you cannot get through to anyone without her the phone. It’s just a recording that says they are closed even though online it says they are open. So basically the communication sucks. But everything else has been good.”

“While the waiting period between becoming a new patient and having your first appointment is lengthier than I cared for (3 months) , getting in was worth the wait. I found it very convenient to do both my intake, as well as my 6 wk appts all via tele health. office staff are very good at returning calls. My doctor actually made me feel heard. i spoke my concerns, he responded with options of how to help me move forward on my mental health healing journey. I do not feel judged for my history, but instead feel it is taken into consideration to personally curate a treatment/med plan that is tailored to my exact needs, while keeping me accountable. I do not feel that I am being intentionally under/ over medicated like some MH places like to do to you. really the only room I see needed for improvement is helping new patients get in quicker initially.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did I get fraudulently billed, but my therapist was extremely unprofessional, showing up late multiple times and not even showing up at all once or twice. After 2 years of emailing the billing office about my fraudulent charges, I am now having to deal with collections. I have all the receipts of my paid sessions and was never late or no-showed, so this is absolutely ridiculous. For a mental health facility, this is not conducive to anyone’s mental health.”

“Waste of my time and gas. Wasn’t even able to do an intake. Arrived 10 minutes early, sat around until someone finally came to the front desk at 1:07pm… smelled like pure smoke. I’m 5 months pregnant so I was trying not to inhale it and listen at the same time. Was told I was at the wrong location and I needed to rush to the other location or wait another month… nobody answers the phone… it’s just a hard pass. I called another service and set up an appointment and said to hell with this one.”
