“I absolutely love my psychiatrist Dr. Bell. She is extremely personable, kind, empathetic, and hilarious. I feel like she cares to get to know who I am and what I go through. Which I didnt know, until meeting her, is extremely important when managing someone's meds. I never feel rushed during our appointment, which is very hard to find these days. You can tell she is someone who truly wants to help others. Lastly, I always know that I can trust her. Im so thankful to have met Dr. Bell and to have her in my life.”

“I accompanied my mother to this office and witnessed a series of billing and administrative failures that are deeply concerning for any patient seeking mental healthcare. ​First, the billing department has been remarkably disorganized. My mother was charged three separate times for the exact same invoice. Despite us providing digital proof of payment and explaining the error, the office continued to demand the balance. Most upsetting was the communication we received threatening to cancel her psychiatry appointments if she didn't pay the duplicate charges again. Using a patient’s necessary mental health treatment as leverage for a disputed clerical error is, in my opinion, completely unethical. ​The administrative issues continued today. I was physically present in the lobby with my mother for her scheduled appointment, which she had taken a full day off work to attend. The front desk claimed she had "canceled" the appointment. We showed them the confirmation email and a screenshot of the scheduled time on her phone, but they refused to honor the booking or admit a system error. To make matters worse, they then charged her a "cancellation fee" while we were standing right there trying to be seen. ​This office appears to prioritize fee collection over patient care and basic accountability. We have documented everything and will be pursuing this through the Better Business Bureau and her insurance provider. If you value administrative transparency and respect for your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.”

“my appt's are always a pleasure. I'm 65 and not real computer savvy. I do video appts. when I call in for my refills, the turnaround is practically immediate. My care provider always makes me feel special and I greatly appreciate that.”

“Dr. Timothy Bullock is by far the best! He literally saved my life. He was my DR for a few years. He is the most professional he truly cares, understands and listens. So easy to talk to I can't thank him enough. My main problem is now they put me with another provider I'm truly extremely upset as I will never find or be that comfortable with another Dr!!!! Updated for the owner, The Dr is the one that exceeded my expectations. I felt He was the safest Dr I have ever had I have severe anxiety and depression it's hard for me to talk to people but yet felt so comfortable with Timothy Bullock. For over ten years of trying to find the right doctor and trying to help cure me he did!!!”
