What patients say on Google
“I've been a patient for two and half years and the therapist I saw was amazing and helped me overcome years of issues. However, it has been two months since I have heard from anyone. I have called, left numerous voicemails, texted the office number they usually use to communicate and nothing. No response. I was a weekly appointment holder for two and half years. Ive referred numerous family and friends there as well.... This is very upsetting. I will not be returning at this point. Very disappointing because the counselor is great but the administrative side is not. It should not be this difficult to speak to someone. I didnt choose to stop therapy, a service I need... this is not how a business should be ran.”
“I have been receiving therapy here for a few months. The therapist I was going to never really seemed interested in listening to me, and often interrupted me to talk about something in his own life. The worst part is it's very hard to find an LGBT+ accepting therapist in this area so they are doing good things, just not for me.”
“I have been with this practice for five years now. I am so grateful to the staff and my therapist, Mr. Wentz, for the care and compassion they show their patients.”
“Great place and so very helpful. Everybody is so friendly there and go out of their way to help you.”
