The front office staff are always friendly and welcoming, greeting clients promptly upon arrival. The billing department is highly knowledgeable regarding insurance policies, including retroactive coverage, and efficiently manages billing for various insurance providers. I have consistently experienced professional and helpful service from their team.”

“I had a really great experience with the team at New Braunfels Counseling Center. I reached out during a time when I needed extra support, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free from the start. Scheduling was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated, especially since I didn’t want to wait weeks to be seen. From my first visit, everyone I interacted with was kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. Also their Ai phone assistant is amazing. It picks up right away everytime and answers all my questions. What stood out most to me is how much they focus on making you feel heard and understood. If you’re considering counseling and want a place where you’ll feel comfortable and supported, I’d definitely suggest giving them a try.”

“Besides the stupid AI that you have to speak too and can't get through to anyone so you have to leave a message, they never returned calls. The billing department is NOT knowledgeable in how to get funds from a New Retroactive Medicare Policy... I was not notified of any issues of them not receiving the Retroactive Medicare payments they had submitted until I received notification that they tried to take the $4000+ from my debit card and two days later I received a bill for over $4,000! Then I find out that money was taken back from my therapists pay?! Who does that!? Communication is severely lacking in the office. To cooberate what others have said in their reviews about having a Card on file to charge your copay. This is true. They do not let you know when the copay changes or even when they are going to try to pull the money from your card. This establishment is very unpredictable and has nonexistent communication skills. My previous therapist Rhema Kaikaih however was a very sincere, caring and compassionate therapist that also didn't deserve to have this happen to her.”

“We’ve been attending New Braunfels Counseling Center for a little over a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Mr. Randall has been such a blessing for my daughter, she’s 4. He’s patient, understanding, and has really helped her learn how to understand and express her emotions. Each week, I see her making progress, and it means so much to us as a family. I also want to give a special mention to the front desk ladies. They are always so welcoming, have great communication, and are the sweetest toward my daughter. Walking in the door feels comfortable and safe, which makes a huge differnece.”
