What patients say on Google

“Stay away and go elsewhere. There are too many strong diagnostic and testing providers out there to waste your time here, especially if you are trying to get real help for a struggling child. We completed testing for my teenage son in early November 2025. We did not receive results until the end of February 2026. After that, it took more than another month just to get a school form completed and returned. By that point, the school year was essentially over and the entire year was a loss academically and emotionally. I regret putting my son through testing here. The delays alone were unacceptable, but the process itself felt disorganized from start to finish. The testing appeared to be administered by lower-level staff, while the final review was handled months later by someone who clearly had little direct familiarity with my son. Every attempt to ask deeper questions or reconcile obvious inconsistencies was met with generic responses like “according to the testing.” That is the problem. The person reviewing the results did not seem meaningfully involved in the evaluation process or invested in understanding the patient beyond what was written on paper. The disconnect between the report and my son’s actual day-to-day abilities was impossible to ignore. On paper, the results painted him as barely functioning, yet his real-world behavior, technical skills, independence, and capabilities simply do not align with that portrayal. The entire operation felt assembly-line and detached. It reminded me of those IV clinics run primarily by support staff with a distant supervising doctor signing off at the end. If you have 4 to 6 months to wait while your child continues struggling, maybe this place works for you. If you need timely answers, meaningful guidance, and a process that actually feels connected to the patient, look elsewhere.”

“STAY AWAY! A total money grab! They kept charging my credit card long after we stopped going! Went for one week of testing, and 6 months later they will still charging me! Never answered calls or emails, finally had to close my credit card account to stop the fradulant charges!”

“Not often that I leave reviews about places, but I just did not enjoy my experience here. Had an ADHD consultation during which I was consistently cut off while speaking, and often asked questions that were answered by paperwork which I filled out rather than addressing things I had hoped to cover. I also think a lot of the fees are out of the ordinary, and cancelled further testing because it seems I could randomly get charged large amounts for time spent reviewing my file, which is entirely unmonitored and thus incontestable. I gave 3 stars because Riley was amazing, and the overall experience was efficient.”

“Wow! I went for ADHD testing consultation. The doctor was acting anxious and cutting me off with non-sense comments. Then she told me to schedule the testing. After seeing bad reviews on billing, I asked front desk if I can get pre-approval for the testing. Her answer was "we won't know the cost until you finish testing". Strange isn't? I went to a different place, they got my pre-approval without me asking. Stay away... Rude, unprofessional, and it sounds like they charge random amount.”
