“Does not provide disability accomodations for their intake paperwork! My roommate is bedbound disabled and cannot use his hands. After three hours of trying to complete the intake forms on his own he called to ask if he could get any assistance over the phone. They told him no and would not give him any options, only telling him that the forms needed to be completed for him to continue, while denying him any help in doing that when he is physically unable to! This was infuriating to experience with his physical disabilities making it so much harder to function than a normal person, and they don't care. Avoid this office.”
