“I found this practice through ZocDoc because my son was having serious behavior problems at school and I wanted him to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. We were able to get an appointment within days. Dr. Singh met with me and my son for an hour. I was impressed at how he took the time to get to know us and listen carefully about what was going on. My son was started on medication. We quickly found the right dosage. The calls from school have stopped and he is doing great. I can't express my gratitude enough to Dr. Singh for his promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend NeuMind.”

“I am not one who writes a review-good or bad, but for NeuMind Clinic, I truly want them to succeed because I love what they stand for, how wickedly intelligent the doctors are, what they believe in, and how they follow through with what they say. I knew the right thing to do is share the treasure I just found in my backyard. So if you or a loved one should ever need a psychiatrist or therapist you would be in great hands with anyone in this practice. And quite honestly, it would be selfish of me to keep them to myself, when I know there are many other people out there who would benefit from their care. I would be doing everyone a disservice by not sharing this review. If you have been looking for a psychiatrist since Covid, then you know just how difficult it has been to find psychiatrists without a 10 month waiting list…who are not just available, but good at what they do…are affiliated with insurance plans…and truly care about you. I’m letting the secret out of the bag, and they are right here in Arlington Heights! I cannot say enough amazing things about the NeuMind Clinic! They are a one-stop-shop for Psychiatry and therapy for both children and adults. They provide Spravato treatments as well. Since the day I walked in the door, I already felt at home. Sharan is AMAZING! She is the backbone of the operation, extremely on top of things, wickedly smart but humble, and a kind and genuine human being. You can’t ask for more than that. Dr. Singh has gone above and beyond for my family, and was the first psychiatrist to get one of our kids on the correct medication (and on his 1st try!), after years of trying different meds, different psychiatrists, etc. Fast forward a few weeks to when I asked how they were feeling, and their exact words were, “These pills are magic mom!” Dr. Singh did it! He was the first of MANY psychiatrists to crack the code on our child. And that night, I cried my first happy tears in years, into the ocean of sad ones, all thanks to Dr. Singh and Sharan truly caring about our family. They take the time to review cases together, to help each other give each patient the best possible care. The depths of my gratitude for finding my way to them is very deep. After YEARS of being charged ridiculous out of pocket rates, psychiatrists who didn’t know what they were doing, and were just in it for the money, not to help people, or you would have to travel far, or choose to do a telehealth appointment. I think we finally found our home at NeuMind Clinic.”
