“Ridiculous waiting period to receive TDT services for my child and horrible etiquette regarding communications. After waiting almost 3 months at the end of last school year and another 3 weeks since school started this year I finally got an intake appointment. Then...a different worker than whom I had the appointment with called me at 9pm on a Sunday night called me discussing some other clients situation because she had the wrong person. Her intent was to schedule an intake. Then the worker that I did have an appointment with texted me at 10:30pm the night before our appointment tip confirm. Phone communications - text or call - should only ever occur 8am to 8pm and scheduling appointments should only occur Monday through Friday.”
