What patients say on Google
“I have been a patient of Dr. Clark since 2018. While there are many things I appreciate about his care as a psychiatrist, what has been the most helpful thing to me is receiving Deep TMS therapy via BrainsWay in his clinic. I am not getting paid to endorse this therapy, I am simply functioning so well using this therapy that I feel compelled to write this review. After many years of trial and error, this has been a life changing therapy that has provided me with relief from symptoms of depression and anxiety in a way no other therapy or medication has. I could easily write a very lengthy review on all the ways in which TMS has given me a much better quality of life, but I would be typing for much longer than I budgeted today. I believe that what makes the difference here is that it helps you regrow and correct neuropathways in the brain. It doesn't feel like I'm just managing my symptoms, it feels like the root of my symptoms have been addressed. I was recently asked to rate my mental health on a scale of 1-10. I gave myself a 7.5-- realizing that today's 7.5 was a pre-TMS 12. I simply didn't know the scale could be adjusted this drastically.”
“Everyone I’ve encountered here has been warm and helpful. Our care provider is kind, conscientious, and never rushes our appointments. Also, I’m impressed that this practice offers a range of services for families seeking holistic care. Two thumbs up!”
“While Dr. Clark is really great, the support staff is pretty terrible. Consistently, I have to call 4-6 times to get someone to pick up the phone. I do mean consistently, I dont think I've ever gotten a first call pickup, and they take their time calling back if you leave a message. The stark contrast between the two is kind of incredible and makes it feel even worse. Once, I couldnt make it in and called (5x) to move to an over the phone appointment and the receptionist told me that they would tell Dr. Clark immediatley, but the appointment started 10 minutes late because they didnt. 10 minutes might not sound like a lot but if you look at the hourly rate you're paying to be there (which is actually only 50 minutes), any wasted time stings. In that instance I had to pay for an hour of time for 40 minutes. I cannot say enough how incredible the actual doctors are, Dr. Clark is fantastic, but its just always a chore to get through to him, set or change appointments, or do anything that involves the support staff. its not just over the phone either, about 30% of the time I walk in there is no one even at the reception area so I'm forced to walk to the actual doctors office and knock on it and poke my head in to let him know that I am here, which I know is aggrivating to him because he is a very busy man and is always in the middle of something when I do it. I also hate it because it puts me in an awkward position. UPDATE! They seem to have taken the criticism to heart and have improved rather dramatically.”
“Dr. Clark and his team have so much passion and expertise helping individuals of all ages and mental health diagnoses. They truly care about each and every one of their clients. The team at Nashville Neuro Psychiatric Associates can definitely be trusted to offer clinically excellent care. I cannot recommend them enough!”
