“If I could leave 0 stars I would was referred here by my primary care physician, while trying to book my 1st appointment was put on hold after giving them my personal info and blue cross insurance information. Then the lady tried to transfer me to billing before booking my 1st appointment. I told her I wanted to know how soon they could see me if it was going to be longer than a couple weeks, I wasn’t interested. She told me 3-4 weeks was 1st available visit. I would go elsewhere.”

“I have been a patient of Myndspace since the clinic opened and today was not the day for this. I am highly upset right now that I’ve come to pick up meds in the office says they close at 5 o’clock, but the doors are locked at 4:30. I called the phone line and the phone line says they turned the phones off at 4:30 but the office open is open until five but the door is locked before 5 o’clock with a note on the door saying 5 o’clock. I’m not understanding why the doors are locked early. the staff needs to do better. I knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. I stood out there for almost an hour waiting for someone to come to the door. No one never came to the door and I stuck a note from the doctors office next-door gave me a piece of paper where I could leave a note in the door for them. This is unprofessional and uncalled for because I left work early drove from Summerville to West Ashley in bad weather for the office to close early without notice. Dr Hugie you and your staff nees to change the note on the door to reflect the correct closing of business time. If you’re closing the office at 4:30 it needs to say 430 and not 5 o’clock. .”

He doesn’t do that.
