How likely are you to recommend My Psychiatrist?
What patients say on Google
“I’ve been going to this office for quite some time Every time I go to there the three young ladies greet me w such a warm welcome Odette is the greatest. I wouldn’t know what to do without her in my life, guiding me in the way that I need to be guide guided. Thank you so much. I’m at ease when I leave.”
“Natalie Basart is the most compassionate and attentive psychiatrist I have ever had! She genuinely cares about her patients and makes each appointment feel comfortable and welcoming. I know finding a good psychiatrist can be daunting, so I highly recommend Natalie!”
“Came in for a standard, personal new patient appointment. After staff took my vitals, they asked for a urine sample. That's fine, it was put in their terms that they might ask for one since maybe theyre paranoid about patient drug use. What wasn't fine is when I was handed the cup while the staff held the bathroom door opened and told me that it was "policy" for them to stand there with the door open to the hallway, that's accessible to other patients to walk by, while they watched me pee into a cup to prevent "tampering". This was deeply violating and never expected something to happen during a standard new patient appointment; especially from a staff member and not even a doctor in a closed room setting. Id imagined at worse an observed test would be required if they expected drug use or you were sent here as a condition of parole or something; not a basic person just trying to get treatment. I complied because I was nervous and just wanted to recieve treatment, but after thinking more deeply about it afterward it doesnt sit right with me; especially in a position where these people should be trying to help your mental health, not make it worse. I won't be going back which is a shame because the psych I was scheduled with was generally okay. But I can't, nor should any of you, accept that level of treatment.”
“I had a truly wonderful experience with the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and understanding that they make you feel like family ! I truly recommend them!”
