“Very bad customer service and experience I had from this people. Very rude and unprofessional. The service is not free Therefore don't treat people like you are doing them a favor. My husband and I have been using this group for almost a year. Our first therapist was great. After a few weeks she was switched to someone different because of of credentials issues or whatever it was. Setting us back to where we started. Fair enough. But still stayed with them. We agreed we needed our own individual therapy for a couple of months then get back to couples. So I was supposed to do an intake. I did. But there was no follow up with a phone call or email if there was anything missing. Instead this are the 3 emails I received from them. Very rude and will not recommend. About the service that is another whole story. this is will not be the end of this. will definitely take this up.”

“Tried to become a new client. Received a harsh email telling me I’m supposed to complete intake forms within 3 days. Tried to register for their portal to do that and the website said something along the lines of “we’ll check our records and send you an email confirmation to register” but I never received that confirmation. Reached back out to them via email (the one they specifically said to contact with any questions) the following day, but a full week has gone by and I never heard back. Poor service. As someone who’s not doing great, seeking care for mental health, I do not recommend this business.”

“Melissa is great, she cares and it shows. I’ve had 2 great therapist here at MPB group but I do not like dealing with billing…. They are not therapeutic at all.”

“My therapist is very pleasant and professional. She makes me feel comfortable during all of my sessions. She is personable and compassionate. I look forward to every therapy session and feel better after each session. I've been seeing my therapist for almost a year and it's been very helpful. I am currently grieving the loss of my father and therapy is really needed during this time.”
