“Signed up, was sent a link to create a portal, created a portal and filled out forms with vulnerable information. 10 days later I got an email that said "We apologize that we are unable to take you as a patient at this time." It said to check my email for a decline letter, but I didn't get anything. Tried to log onto my portal, and it was deactivated. Called to inquire why I couldn't be taken as a patient, but didn't get through. This isn't a therapeutic way to interact with clients, as if my RSD weren't bad enough already. Updated: They called and said they couldn't get in touch with me before, which may be true by phone, but why they wouldn't email or use the patient portal that I signed up for doesn't make sense to me... Or why the email didn't say "we haven't been able to reach you" instead of just cutting me off entirely with no explanation. In any case, I made my first appointment and will update review later. I'm willing to give them a chance.”
