“This was my first visit to this doctor's office. The PCP I saw was very thorough and made me feel that she cared. The staff was friendly and helpful with my paperwork. This was a much better experience than I had with the last doctor's office I went to.”

“Well after 9 years of myself and my wife being patients we refused to do additional testing when we were in the office only to review bloodwork the Nurse was very harsh and pushy. Had to tell them we have right not to do the testing,they must not have liked that because we both got registered letters saying that we did inappropriate behavior. I guess that we aren't supposed to stand up and tell the medicinal field what they can or can't do to our body's. I was looking for a Doctor 9 years go so we will find another.”

“My mother has been going to this office for years and is a faithful patient of Dr Sandra Byrd - she recently had her yearly checkup there and Dr Byrd is out of town So the physician that did her checkup didn’t even do a true physical- My mother had to tell him everything that needed to be done from getting a chest X-ray etc... So I told her to go back and see a different Dr so in comes Dr Jennifer? She seemed to be more attentive and took better care of her sending her for X-rays and listening to her etc... Based on the X-ray results they informed us she needed to see an Orthopedic Dr and said they would take care of the referral and set up the appointment - days and days go by and we have called and called them and somehow no one had called and made the appointment and/or sent the referral - finally they gave us the number and told us to call? So needless to say we are looking for a new office unless Dr Byrd comes back! She is great! Just an FYI this office is now Covenant Health owned!!”
